We have high hopes for all our pupils and do our best to make sure they leave us as accomplished and caring persons who value themselves and others and are happy and confident to take on the many academic, personal and social challenges which they will undoubtedly encounter as they get older. We therefore foster consideration for others, good manners and opportunities for service both in and out of school.

The importance of good examination results is recognised and thorough preparation is given without confining the curriculum to these needs alone. The school has had an excellent record of examination successes and most children are destined to enter leading independent or grammar schools.

The Kingswood experience is characterised by the intrinsic belief in the importance of moral and spiritual education as well as the personal and social development of each child. We have an inclusive attitude towards all pupils and welcome children of all faiths. We work in partnership with parents and enjoy close links with families and past pupils.
